Feeling let down

"I must say I felt let down, sorry Lane 8. We saw Cheap Trick indoors at Talking Stick Resort with SRO tix, but it was a much better concert in general. The concert, an hour and 15 minutes long, with a brief encore, worked out ok at the venue. Frank Beard should cut down the full set of drums and just set up the snare and a couple of cymbals cuz that’s all he played. Elwood, who replaced Dusty on the bass, did fine as a bass player, but that’s it. Billy Gibbons can carry this band as it is on his own; Dusty is gone and half of the vocals went away too. Without the monitor, we wouldn’t have been able to see much."
